Personal Transformational
Coaching involves an
initial comprehensive analysis of your handwriting, in which your strengths and
weaknesses are revealed. Then in conjunction with your coach, you decide what
are your goals, and hence what you would like to change. Together you come up
with a plan to work through the changes you want to see happen.Whilst you are engaged in
graphocoaching®, you will be given writing exercises to do every day, with
specific modifications to make to your writing. It can take several months for
a change to stay naturally, and it is not advisable to try to change many things
at once. Your coach will request a sample of your writing regularly to check
that you are changing your writing in the best way possible and also to check
that no other traits are appearing or disappearing as you work on your target
few.
Once the new traits are appearing
effortlessly in your writing, they are also in your personality. And the
advantage Personal Transformational
Coaching has over many other self improvement tools, is that you
now know how these traits show, and if they start to disappear from your writing
at a later date, you can simply just start concentrating on keeping them there.
No other self improvement process can offer this self management advantage.
When you are comfortable that you
have achieved your first set of self improvement goals, you will then receive
coaching as to how to change your writing for the next group. This can go on as
long as you want it to.
How does
Personal Transformational
Coaching work?
Every movement you
make comes from your brain and your personality guiding your body how to move.
If you are angry, you move differently than if you are relaxed and sleepy. If
you are a type "A" personality you probably walk and move quite differently from
someone who is a more relaxed "B" type personality.
In the same way your writing is
different.
If you are very happy or very
sad, your writing will not be exactly the same. If you are uptight or relaxed,
your writing will tell. And so will your writing tell your entire personality.
If you are sad and go through
some thought exercises to cheer you up, you, hopefully, will feel happier.

you are going on just how you feel, you won't know you're sad till you are
already in that state. If you are using Personal Transformational Coaching, you will see the signs
in your handwriting before you actually feel sad - and if that was what you were
using Personal Transformational
Coaching for, to keep depression at bay, you could then work on your
writing, and improve your mood before you got really down.

What Personal Transformational
Coaching will not
do is change the unchangeable.
For example, someone with a very low IQ is not going to become a genius by
changing their writing.
It cannot improve your health (other than depression, which it can help)
So if you are
ready to juice up your life - try Personal Transformational Coaching! It works!
The initial cost for
Personal Transformational
Coaching is the same as a comprehensive analysis ($150), and includes a
consultation session as to what you would like to change. The fee for each
month of continued coaching is $50, and this provides monitoring of changes
already underway, and assignments to create new changes, with monitoring that
they are being implemented correctly. At any time, after Personal Transformational
Coaching is
completed you may request an evaluation of the changes your have made.
To start your
Self Improvement and Personal Growth through Personal Transformational Coaching:
First, write your
sample - Leaning on at least 4 or 5 sheets
of paper, with a ball point pen, on unlined paper, write a letter.
Write a letter as you would to a friend, just talking about anything that dos
not have strong emotional influence upon you. It is important you are relaxed
as you write. Sign the letter as you would to a friend.
Do not write a memorized poem, do not copy anything.
Do not try to do you "best" writing - better writing does not equal better
analysis - or better personality. In fact if you try to "improve" your writing
you may be introducing negative traits that are not normally present, or you may
be squeezing out some positive ones.
Do not try to change your writing in any way. Firstly, I am assuming you do not
already know graphology, so you probably don't know what you would want to
change anyway! Secondly, it is obvious, in a whole page of writing, when the
writer is writing naturally or not.
Write in script - do not print.
Send the sample
- you can e-mail a
scanned in sample, or you can contact me for an address to mail it to
fionamackayyoung@shaw.ca
Payment
- you may pay by PayPal online
(please contact me first so we can set up your program and know the cost)
or you can mail it.
What you will get is a 4 page report outlining
various areas of your personality, and some suggestions for things you might
want to work upon. Then it is up to you to choose which of these you would like
to start with, or suggest other changes you are interested in. If you can tell
me why you want Personal Transformational
Coaching (ie is it to be a success in business, to be more
sociable, be control your temper etc) then that guides my suggestions for your
program.
